Greetings – It’s a pleasure to meet you! My name is Karithlyn Pastrana, but please call me Kari. I am blessed to be married to my best friend Juan Pablo (JP) Pastrana and together, we have been blessed with four beautiful children. They are our joy, family first.

J.P. and I feel blessed to be raising our children in Central Florida right where we grew up. Both of our families moved to Central Florida with the same goal in mind, to give us a brighter future. Our goal is to give our children the same opportunities our families gave us.

Our love of Central Florida is reflected in our family's favorite pastimes. We enjoy attending and participating in activities such as classic car shows, Spring and Fall Festivals, as well as many local, community and church events. Central Florida also boasts some of the best farmer’s markets around and we love those too! Above all we enjoy exploring the beaches surrounding our beautiful Sunshine State.

Juan Pablo is also a real estate agent, and our desire to “do all of life” and succeed together as a team was the motivation for me to obtain my Real Estate License. Teamwork makes the dream work.
