Hello my name is Jenise Lebron and it would be my pleasure and honor to serve you with all of your Real Estate needs. I am a proud grandma of a 10 year old boy and two granddaughters, a 3 year old & 5 weeks old. I enjoy every moment when I am with them as they bring so much joy to my life. When I am not with them I constantly talking to new or current customers either in helping them find a home or selling their current home. After many years of working as an executive administrative assistant, I found myself unemployed and wondering what is next in my life. I have a few friends that are Realtors and they kept telling me; "get your license and become a Realtor", "you will be great at it", "you are so personable and great talking to people" so I took their advice, decided to go back to school and obtain my real estate license in the State of Florida. I recently began my career in Real Estate and soon discovered that I truly want to help people find their dream home or help them sell their home. Being such a rookie in the business, I decided to take advantage and participate in all types of training to better acquaint myself and learn about the Real Estate Law and Business. I quickly realized that there is a lot more to learn then I imagined. To better service my customers I must educate myself in order to have a deeper understanding of the purchase and sale process as well as the special needs of my customers. With that said, I also realized that it's not just about showing a home. It's much more, it's truly about building a foundation of trust and transparency with my customers and listening to what they need and want. It's about being real with my customers. In these few years I have learned a lot about people and we have so many things in common but most of all is about not being taken advantage of. A lot of the customers I have spoken with all tell me the same. They always felt like they were not important to the agent but that making the sale was more important even if it was a home they really don't like or wanted. As I listened to my customers, I have made it my passion and commitment to ensure that I work in my customer's best interest all the time in order to make their home purchase or sale as seamless and stress free as possible.
