East Coast

A destination for families and beach lovers alike, the East Coast of Florida is primarily known for its golden sands, great weather, and a host of cultural attractions as well.

With a home on the East Coast, you’re likely to live not too far away from some of its excellent beaches, including Cocoa, Daytona, and Melbourne. However, the fastest growing state in America has a lot more than sea and sand to offer. With prime golf courses, family attractions, and plenty of amenities, it’s clear why people are flocking to the Gulf Coast.

As the largest and most populous city in the state, Jacksonville offers one of the most cosmopolitan and classy places to settle on the East Coast, always attracting professionals and investors with thriving retail neighborhoods and its easy access to the Disney Land area. However, the east side is well-suited to those who prefer a slower, easier going way of life as well. While the Miami area on the southern part of the coast might be known for being party central, there are fewer nightclubs and more historical districts, cultural attractions like art galleries, and less congested roads on the north side.

Meanwhile, further south on the Treasure Coast, you have Miami, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale. Frequent vacation destinations, this area is full of gorgeous natural beaches, perfect for boating, surfing, and jet skiing, with access to world-class restaurants, bustling shopping centers, and miles and miles of golf courses.

Whether you want to live in a buzzing hub of vacation goers, pleasure seekers, and beach lovers or a quieter, more cultured community, the East Coast of Florida has properties that offer it all.
